We meet all of our candidates in person and look at them with a holistic approach; looking at their attitude, morals, opinions, past experience and education. We personally check all of our candidates's references and share their contact information and comments with you. We make sure our Nannies are Police Checked, CPR and First Aid certified before beginning a position.
As a placement agency it is our job to really listen and come to understand the details and requirements of the position you are looking to fill and only send you the most suitably matched and qualified candidates. We take the time to come meet with you in person to learn in detail exactly what you are looking for so we can be as efficient and effective as possible in our service.
We are known for going the extra mile to find a match, even in slightly more complicated positions with many additional requirements. From the information you give us, we look through our pool of candidates and when necessary we run individual searches through our various contacts and advertisements.
