Not Just Nannies is a boutique Vancouver nanny agency founded by Erin Northcott in 2005. We place carefully selected, educated and experienced Vancouver Nannies, and other household staff that have a true passion for working with families.
The Not Just Nannies experience is a bit like hiring an executive search firm for your family. We take the extra time up front to meet with you in person so we can really understand your family's unique needs and save you time and effort by sending only the most qualified and appropriate candidates to meet with you.
The average family that uses our services spends only 3 - 4 hours of their time to hire their ideal nanny; 1 hour meeting with us and 2 - 3 hours meeting the candidates. We take care of everything, from screening, coordinating interviews, reference checks, police check, CPR and First Aid certification, personalized employment agreement, guidance on employment standards and our continued support for the duration of the placement.
